1. The current version is NOT open source and will never be. However a very old version (0.1.0.0) is available as Blitz3D source code.
2. Unreal Software does NOT support CS2D modding. This game is not made for modding and real modding is impossible. So there is no SDK.

the MAV is a common error in B3D projects, which can happen on differet systems. I am also no able to run UT2D on my notebook.
Sadly I don't know how to fix this problem. I guess there is an error when trying to save some values/attributes to your memory.
the code does work.
When i run in B3D w/o create exe, B3D says: Stream does not exist
(did you put the source code in your cs2d folder? it needs all the cs2d files of course!)

omg. yeah. the source of 0.1.0.0 does not work with cs2d 0.1.0.5 or newer of course! the game has been re-programmed from scratch and uses partially different files.
+ I released the sourcecode long before the new cs2d was avialable. 1
