Back in 2014/2015 valve implemented a new feature. All of the remaining accounts that would be created after that point forward should be restricted.
By restricted I mean:
You cannot add friends
You cannot create groups
You cannot access the steam market
You cannot bla bla bla (it's a lot of restrictions)
Therefore, you are a restricted user a.k.a limited account.
For you to get rid of that condition you must either charge your steam wallet with 5euros or dolars or pay something worth of the same amount.
When you do that you'll be no longer restricted and be able to vote on cs2d.
Cheers.

I can easily beat your post with only answering that question: me! Ouch. Who cares the 3D function in a 2D game?!
You showed him!

We moved from #11 to #12 position, tragedy . That's all what we did there. Goodbye Steam.
What are you talking about? Already discussed the positions means nothing.
@ carb0n: Same thing happens to me.
As for the CS2D.exe problem, does an error message output while executing the game? Did you do any actions such as updating drivers before this? You have to elaborate more on your post if you need a quick solution.
Furthermore DC and SQ are doing their best to get CS2D polished with recent fixes as soon as possible. You don't simply expect things or software to be done quickly.
Please also be aware that
my highest priority for CS2D is still to fix bugs
it's entirely impossible to make such a complex project 100% bug free. You can totally forget that. It will never happen.
That you can only launch the game via launcher is of course a very bad problem. So you're using Windows right? What is your native desktop screen resolution? with which launcher options does it work?

§3.1 - No posts which offend/provoke/insult (flame)DC is happy now and helps users at forum . Nice!
Except the 3D but that's optional so...
Hope this succeeds and we actually get more players, 'cause community was dying slowly
...
Been a fan since the game came out (long time huh)...
p.s. yeah, the 3D looks kinda odd, maybe there is an option to decrease the height of Z axis (I want to keep it on, but haven't really tinkered around settings)
