   mrc: currently it can be fixed by simple Lua. On the previous page I told that I made a script which checks for users' IP if his USGN ID belongs to an admin. It's not so hard to create this Anti-Exploit script manually.

Looks like USGN Master Server gets IP (and maybe some random hash) from CS2D Client. After some idle time in menu, the target/victim USGN is cracked, and you can play on any server. Also looks like I couldn't log into somebody's USGN that he wasn't currently playing on.
