Guys, how can I record something that I do on my desktop using fraps ?(no demo)

Windows users: Camstudio fully free or hyper cam!
Mac users: Screenium or screen flow.

Search on google for these.
Best for windows and mac are = Camstudio and screenium!

You cannot record your desktop with fraps as far as I know. Fraps works only with games/certain applications.

The newer versions have compatibility with Aero Desktop, so you can record your desktop when using Windows 7 or Vista (i don't know if it uses Aero, but whatever).

Hmm I've used xfire in the past, either use a different recorder and use their codec, good compression
