I can not login in game

If you can't open the file, open it with notepad.

For Step2, browse the programs until you can find notepad. This also works with windows7/vista
Now, once you opened it with notepad, where it says "40000", re-write it to 36963. (Don't add that dot to the end of the 36963!) Then, click save as then do this:

(If CS2D is opened, close it, then re-start it. You should be able to be logged in now. U.S.G.N had problems with log-ins. That's why you couldn't log in.)
EDIT: This only works for people who had their port has 40000
