"Is is allowed" is a bad title. Fixed that for you.
Of course you are allowed to upload old maps. IF YOU CREATED THEM YOURSELF! Otherwise you have to ask the original author for permission first.I think this answers everything. Closing this now because I know that only further OT stuff regarding the accounts would be posted here.
