Hello, I would like to re-ask the question that I asked a while back.
I have a Windows 7 computer running 24/7.
When I open cs2d_dedicated.exe the server will start properly but when I check the serverlist with a different computer I have to wait a few seconds until the server will be added

This is not a ping problem since it's in the same country as me and my ping in it is 80-ish.
When I do connect to the server everything works fine inside it.
Yes other people do see the server but they have the same problem.

Now one problem is I don't have access to the router unfortunately.
Firewall and everything else inside the CS2D FAQ should be fixed but please do ask for things I can forget.

Please do not hurry and take your time answering, but please do answer if you know a solid solution.

It is an issue. Let me explain.

Think of having your own server, you spent so much time making it perfect yet no one joins, you wonder why, then see that you have to wait 10 seconds before your server even appears in the list on each request. Now think of yourself as a player, when you load the list and you are looking for a certain game mode, are you going to wait until all the servers appear to make up your mind? No! You'll click the one that looks the best and never wonder what actually might have been there.

The problem is that what if your server is better than the ones that loaded instantly, you lose out players, they lose out fun they never knew was there. It's very frustrating to have this issue as a server owner, simply because you might be paying to host something people may never even see or play on - it sucks.

I once had this issue myself (but mine took like 5 minutes to appear, which still makes no sense), I cannot exactly remember how I fixed it but it was something to do with the command I used to start the servers, either it was 
nohup
or the force port option of the cs2d_dedicated itself (cannot remember the exact option command).

If you're talking about when you, I and the staff managed the servers then it was 
-realport
for force porting - as I still do remember.

But please no Linux stuff because I've never seen Linux (I once had it for 5 minutes in a virtual machine but that's nothing special)

I will try realport and by the way its not exactly 10 seconds its actually quite random and can appear in 5 seconds or even 30 seconds and sometimes not appear at all. The only legit way to connect is using the IP (which might timeout but after a few timeout seconds it will let you join)

Thanks for support I really want to host like a billion servers maybe even for CC I don't care to waste resources in order to summon that game again.

EDIT: How does realport works?
In cmd (or shortcut): 
start cs2d_dedicated.exe -realport
or 
start cs2d_dedicated.exe -realport 36963
