NOTHING is impossible. Besides, it's better than doing nothing.
hehe now imagin assains creed models in stranded now that'd be hardcore!
1. Convert anims, and create dead anims (as S2 don't supports ragdoll anims)
2. Find the right textures, or extract it from the game and convert them, map them and them put them in S2
3. Try to don't go away from S2's limits (I think too high textures or too high-poly models can crash the game)

tsh, why incurrage somthing that wont work, dude if your going to do any thing, make your own models heres a basic building modeler -) Google Scetchup
its easy plus fast to make buildings, units will likely fail using it though.
just thought id give out a few tips.
also, it wouldnt be your mod if you used another game's/creator's models, so ether team up with a friend or work on your own.
or you could ask promission from a creator, but no means no so dont go off using the guys models

Stranded II models are made with Blitz 3D. So it is better to use Blitz 3D.
Juras007Croft, it seems like you're asking if it's possible to make the models from Mafia.
You can, but only if you have the knowledge. Other than that, you're on your own.
For example, I'm re-doing my own mod using a lot of self-made models. For the textures, you can try to draw them in a program for that.
